Why Big Rig Boot Camp

A practical, plaintiff-only approach to trucking litigation. Built for real cases, not theory.

Why Attend

Trucking Cases Demand More

Trucking cases are different. The rules are complex, the defenses are sophisticated, and early missteps can limit case value. Big Rig Boot Camp gives plaintiff attorneys the practical strategies and trial-ready insight needed to handle trucking cases with confidence, from intake through trial.

Trucking Litigation Requires A Different Approach

Trucking cases are not ordinary personal injury matters. They involve complex regulations, multiple layers of responsibility, and defense teams experienced in minimizing exposure.

Without a clear strategy, even strong trucking cases can be undervalued or mishandled early.

Big Rig Boot Camp was created to help plaintiff attorneys approach trucking litigation with greater clarity, confidence, and effectiveness.

Built Exclusively For Plaintiff Attorneys

This program is designed for lawyers representing injured plaintiffs in trucking and commercial vehicle cases.

Big Rig Boot Camp is not a general PI seminar or a defense-oriented CLE. Every session is focused on plaintiff-side strategy and practical application.

Practical Learning - Not Theory

Big Rig Boot Camp emphasizes how trucking litigation strategies are actually used.

You’ll learn through:

  • Live demonstrations
  • Real-world examples
  • Trial-focused discussion

The goal is immediate application, not academic overview.

Strengthen The Value Of Your Cases

Handled properly, trucking cases can be among the most impactful matters in a plaintiff practice.

At Big Rig Boot Camp, you’ll gain insight into:

  • Evaluating trucking cases at intake
  • Framing liability around systemic safety failures
  • Identifying leverage points that influence case value
  • Avoiding common missteps that limit recovery

Is there a virtual option?

No, we will not offer a virtual option, mostly because of the immense value of in-person interactions and networking opportunities that the event provides. Attendees benefit greatly from face-to-face discussions, hands-on workshops, and real-time feedback, which are challenging to replicate in a virtual setting. The immersive experience of being physically present enhances learning and engagement, allowing you to fully focus without the distractions often present in a virtual environment. These factors contribute to a more impactful and memorable educational experience.

Where should I stay?
